GNMC Concert: SEASON FINALE with mezzo-soprano Kelley O’Connor, Garth Newel Piano Quartet, and violinist Maureen Nelson

Our summer season culminates with the compelling GRAMMY® Award-winning mezzo-soprano Kelley O’Connor, and world-renowned conductor and pianist, Robert Spano. Known for her “commanding intensity on stage, a velvet vocal tone, and the ability to create sheer magic in her interpretations”, O’Connor joins Spano and GNPQ for a pair of concerts guaranteed to delight.

What better way to cap this season than with the majestic voice of Kelley O’Conner soaring through our rafters? Our summer finale will feature transcendently beautiful works for mezzo-soprano, strings, and piano. From the songs of Bernstein and Brahms to Resphigi’s Il Tramonto (Sunset) and Chausson’s Chanson perpétuelle, you will feel uplifted as we bring our summer to a close.
