GNMC Concert: Recital – Kelley O’Connor and Robert Spano

Our summer season culminates with the compelling GRAMMY® Award-winning mezzo-soprano Kelley O’Connor, and world-renowned conductor and pianist, Robert Spano. Known for her “commanding intensity on stage, a velvet vocal tone, and the ability to create sheer magic in her interpretations”, O’Connor joins Spano and GNPQ for a pair of concerts guaranteed to delight.

The concert will feature Robert Spano’s Songs of Orpheus, written for Kelley, as well as the cathartic journey of Schumann’s Frauenliebe und Leben.
