Legend has it that the hot springs in Bath County were discovered by a Native American in the 1600s as he traveled across the area on his way to a tribal council. He came upon the warm pools and soaked his weary body, refreshed by the healing waters. When he arrived at council, he told others about his journey and the magical pools. Over time, the trek to Warm Springs became known as “taking to the waters”.
Located just five miles from The Omni Homestead Resort, the Gentlemen’s and Ladies’ Bathhouses are open Tuesday – Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required and are available on the hour priced at $30 per person per 50-minute soak.
Family soaking time | 10 AM – 1 PM (swimsuits required and children under the age of 18 may come with a parent; Ladies’ Bathhouse)
Adult co-ed soaking time | 10 AM – 3 PM and 5 PM – 6 PM (ages 16+; swimsuits required; Gentlemen’s Bathhouse from 10 AM – 1 PM)
Adult soaking | 3 PM – 5 PM (by gender, ages 18+; swimsuits optional)

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. No shows and cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full fee.
