Submit your event

Thank you for your interest in submitting an event to the Bath County community calendar. Before submitting your event, please review the following guidelines and requirements:

Events should be sponsored by an organization and take place within Bath County.

Events should be open to the public.

All submissions must include an image. Preferred size is 600 x 400 px (to avoid improper cropping). As a resource, you can design your own cover image HERE.

Please allow for 24-48 hours for your event to be reviewed. Events are not reviewed on weekends. 

Any events that contain inappropriate material, language, or photos will not be approved.

Visit Bath County is not responsible for improperly cropped images, inaccurate information (time changes, rain dates etc.), and we reserve the right to edit submissions for grammar and clarity.

Maximum file size: 20 MB
Required. Event image must be png, jpg, or webp under 20 MB. Preferably 600 x 400 px (to avoid improper cropping).
