Submit your event

Thank you for your interest in submitting an event to the Bath County community calendar. Before submitting your event, please review the following guidelines and requirements:

– Events should be sponsored by an organization and take place within Bath County.

– Events should be open to the public.

– All submissions must include an image. Preferred size is 600 x 400 px (to avoid improper cropping). As a resource, a Canva template for 600 x 400 px can be found here.

– Please allow for 24-48 hours for your event to be reviewed. Events are not reviewed on weekends. 

– Any events that contain inappropriate material, language, or photos will not be approved.

– Visit Bath County is not responsible for improperly cropped images, inaccurate information (time changes, rain dates etc.), and we reserve the right to edit submissions for grammar and clarity.
