On the program are Josef Suk’s Piano Quartet in A minor op. 1 and Camille Saint-Saëns’ Piano Quartet in B-flat major, Op. 41 — enchanting to newbies as well as chamber music fans alike. On the menu for the served dinner are a salmon en croute appetizer; an heirloom tomato and cucumber salad; cilantro-crusted mahi-mahi with black rice and mango-cucumber salsa; sesame green beans; and for dessert, apple tart with cherry sauce, roasted candied almonds, caramel ice cream, and a relish of pears and sun-dried cherries. Cash bar opens about 4:30 pm, 30 minutes before the concert.
