Traditional Mexican Dinner with Chef Carlos Ordaz-Nunez
August 15 @ 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Join us at Oakley Farm for a one-night-only dinner celebrating Virginia’s late-summer harvest, featuring guest chef Carlos Ordaz-Núñez of TBT El Gallo of Richmond, VA.
Carlos Ordaz-Núñez grew up on migrant farms, driving tractors and picking tomatoes. As a second-generation Mexican American with family roots in Nayarit, Mexico, his cooking reimagines traditional Mexican flavors through Virginia’s seasonal harvest. For Carlos, every meal is a way of honoring the farms that raised him, and hospitality is an act of nourishment.
The experience will be offered in two seatings at 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
