The Bath County Board of Supervisors will hold their regularly scheduled monthly meeting Tuesday, August 11th at 6 p.m. in the General District Courtroom of the Bath County Courthouse, 65 Courthouse Hill Road, Warm Springs, VA 24484.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Bath County, Virginia, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in Room 115 of the Courthouse, 65 Courthouse Hill Road, Warm Springs, Virginia 24484, to solicit public input and discuss amending Bath County Code, Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, Division 1 Generally, Sec. 4-7 and Division 2 Dog and Cat License, Sec. 4-11, Sec. 4-12, Sec. 4-13, Sec. 4-14. Amendments may be viewed at the office of the County Administrator, 65 Courthouse Hill Rd., Warm Springs or online at www.bathcountyva.gov.
